“Mahahual” is a name derived from a family of trees growing in a certain region of the state of Quintana Roo.

It is located 145 kilometers northwest of Chetumal and can be considered, rightly, as the heart of the Costa Maya. The value of this site, to some extent, is still a coastal village with sandy streets unpaved and not too many restaurants, where you can taste delicious dishes of seafood and fresh fish, and of course, the best lobster region.
